- Provide a positive, courteous, and pleasant customer experience by incorporating core brand values and integrity throughout each interaction.
- Consistently deliver a highly professional approach and outstanding service to resolve customer issues; communicate effectively and with empathy via phone, email, social media, and written correspondence.
- Escalate customer issues requiring further resources to the appropriate supervisor to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Ensure all customer communications are handled in line with Dior policies and processes.
- Demonstrate and share brand awareness, storytelling, and product knowledge when communicating with customers.
- Drive to achieve and exceed sales goals and planned KPIs, including proper case management, sales and service targets, quality assurance scores, productivity goals, and schedule adherence.
- Recommend new and innovative approaches to address customer concerns and share successful ideas within the team and department.
- Enter accurate information into Diorlink and initiate updates to the SCRM database as appropriate.
- Ensure accurate data inclusion for statistics and workload analysis.
- Develop excellent working relationships within the Dior network.
- Perform outbound contacts as required for sales driving and client issue resolution.
- Collaborate across the entire Client Services Center team.
- Previous experience in luxury customer service, preferably in retail, luxury retail, hotel, or concierge businesses and hospitality background.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sales negotiation skills.
- Clear demonstration of a customer-first mindset.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and inspirational team player.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including hours/days/nights/holidays and weekends.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing tasks.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, ideally also in French and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
