- Welcome and attend to clients in the dining area following restaurant protocols.
- Ensure optimal client satisfaction throughout the service.
- Manage billing processes in collaboration with the supervisory team.
- Promote dining venues and events at 30 Montaigne.
- Set up, maintain, and supervise the assigned section of the venue.
- Advise clients to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
- Take and transmit orders, ensuring accurate service of food and beverages.
- Verify the alignment of prepared dishes with client orders, adhering to quality standards.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Present bills and process payments in accordance with restaurant procedures.
- Promote various services and products available within the restaurant and 30 Montaigne.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per restaurant guidelines.
- Supervise assigned personnel.
- Ensure optimal stocking of minibars in room service as per procedures.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
- Assist in cellar management.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow within the service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any unusual situations related to safety or potential accidents to management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury dining as a Chef de Rang.
- Strong service orientation and attention to detail.
- Creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organizational, anticipatory, and follow-up capabilities.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury dining establishments as a Chef de Rang is required.
