1. Welcome and attend to clients in the dining area following restaurant protocols.
2. Ensure optimal client satisfaction throughout the service.
3. Manage billing processes in collaboration with the supervisory team.
4. Promote dining venues and events at 30 Montaigne.
5. Set up, maintain, and supervise the assigned section of the venue.
6. Advise clients to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
7. Take and transmit orders, ensuring accurate service of food and beverages.
8. Verify the alignment of prepared dishes with client orders, adhering to quality standards.
9. Clear and reset tables efficiently.
10. Present bills and process payments in accordance with restaurant procedures.
11. Promote various services and products available within the restaurant and 30 Montaigne.
12. Perform cleaning tasks as per restaurant guidelines.
13. Supervise assigned personnel.
14. Ensure optimal stocking of minibars in room service as per procedures.
15. Participate in inventory management.
16. Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
17. Assist in cellar management.
18. Facilitate internal communication and information flow within the service.
19. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
20. Report any unusual situations related to safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury dining as a Chef de Rang.

2. Creativity and excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Organizational, anticipatory, and follow-up capabilities.
4. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
