6. Clear and reset tables within the assigned section.
7. Present bills and handle payments following restaurant protocols.
8. Promote various services and products available within the restaurants and at 30 Montaigne.
9. Guarantee customer satisfaction across different sales areas.
10. Perform cleaning tasks according to restaurant procedures.
11. Participate in inventory management.
12. Ensure proper management of linens, including setup, renewal, supply, counting, and storage.
13. Facilitate internal communication and information flow within the service.
14. Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
15. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
16. Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or potential accidents involving clients or colleagues to management.
