1. Develop and oversee the international network of repair workshops, including creating standards and conducting certification audits.
2. Implement and maintain technical processes with repair workshops.
3. Ensure continuous training for repair teams on new procedures and technologies.
4. Establish and manage the supply chain for spare parts, ensuring quality and availability.
5. Collaborate with design and production teams to anticipate repair needs and analyze product life cycles.
6. Develop tools for tracking, reporting, and KPI measurement to assess performance and customer feedback.
7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the management system (Dior Cares).

1. Degree from an engineering school.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the jewelry industry with a strong understanding of repair and care services processes.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork.
2. Reliability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to contributing beyond direct responsibilities.
3. Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel).
6. Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
7. Curiosity and a passion for innovation.
8. Knowledge of production standards and regulations in the jewelry sector.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the jewelry industry, with a focus on repair and care services processes.

Degree from an engineering school.
