1. Ensure the quality assurance of the suite at 30 Avenue Montaigne, addressing any non-conformities.
2. Manage check-in and check-out processes, welcoming clients with exceptional service.
3. Organize and maintain the wardrobe and dressing area.
4. Oversee concierge services before and during clients' stays, offering bespoke experiences.
5. Possess comprehensive knowledge of Paris and its surroundings to enhance client experiences.
6. Provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, ensuring client satisfaction.
7. Anticipate and fulfill client requests proactively.
8. Restock the minibar and manage inventory control.
9. Ensure the quality of turn-down service and evening service.
10. Maintain and update the client Cardex with preferences, allergies, and habits.
11. Handle billing, payments, and daily financial closures.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or a palace setting as a Butler.
2. Proficient in Micros and Opera software.
3. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.

4. Commitment to the profession with a deep understanding of etiquette and service standards.
