1. Ensure quality assurance of the suite at 30 avenue Montaigne
2. Manage check-in and check-out processes for clients
3. Organize wardrobe and dressing services
4. Handle concierge services before and during client stays, offering bespoke experiences
5. Maintain excellent knowledge of Paris and its surroundings
6. Provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
7. Anticipate and fulfill client requests
8. Restock minibar and manage inventories
9. Ensure quality control of turndown and housekeeping services
10. Maintain and update client Cardex with preferences and allergies
11. Perform billing, payment processing, and daily closure

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or a palace as a Butler
2. Strong attention to detail in retail or hospitality environments
3. Excellent relational skills and availability to meet client demands
4. Adaptability, discretion, and anticipation of client needs
5. Proficiency in Micros and Opera software
6. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus
