Christian Dior Business Performance Trainee

- Serve as the primary contact for Retail reporting across the designated zone.
- Prepare comprehensive qualitative and quantitative reports tracking sales and critical metrics at various levels including boutique, region, country, and sales associate.
- Analyze retail reports to inform business decisions aimed at optimizing boutique performance and supporting long-term strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to assess Dior's standing in the luxury market.
- Collaborate with corporate teams and boutiques to provide additional analytical support.
- Develop and refine reporting to align with ongoing goals and strategies.
- Assist with strategic planning initiatives for Executive meetings.
- Provide administrative support for ad hoc analyses and projects, including markdowns, sales projections, and new store openings.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
- Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with remote work on Fridays.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Retail Math is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.
At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field is required.
The position offers a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
