1. Serve as the primary contact for Retail reporting across the designated zone.
2. Prepare comprehensive qualitative and quantitative reports tracking sales and critical metrics at various levels including boutique, region, country, and sales associate.
3. Analyze retail reports to inform business decisions aimed at optimizing boutique performance and supporting long-term strategies.
4. Conduct competitive analysis to assess Dior's standing in the luxury market.
5. Collaborate with corporate teams and boutiques to provide additional analytical support.
6. Develop and refine reporting to align with ongoing goals and strategies.
7. Assist with strategic planning initiatives for Executive meetings.
8. Provide administrative support for ad hoc analyses and projects, including markdowns, sales projections, and new store openings.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field.
2. Availability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, with remote work on Fridays.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Experience with Retail Math is advantageous.
3. Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
4. Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
5. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organization.

At least 6 months of prior experience in a relevant field is required.

The position offers a salary of $20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
