1. Serve as the primary point of contact for retail reporting across the zone.
2. Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports tracking sales and critical metrics at various levels, including boutique, region, country, and sales associate.
3. Analyze retail reports to guide business decisions that optimize boutique performance and support long-term strategies.
4. Conduct competitive analysis to understand Dior’s position in the luxury market.
5. Collaborate with corporate teams and boutiques to provide additional analytical support.
6. Develop and evolve reporting to reflect ongoing goals and strategies.
7. Assist with strategic planning initiatives for executive meetings.
8. Provide administrative support on ad hoc analysis and projects, including markdowns, sales projections, and new store openings.

1. At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Experience in retail math is advantageous.
3. Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.
6. Capability to establish and maintain good working relationships across all organizational levels.

A minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a related field is required.

$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
