- Serve as the primary point of contact for retail reporting across the zone.
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports tracking sales and critical metrics at various levels, including boutique, region, country, and sales associate.
- Analyze retail reports to guide business decisions that optimize boutique performance and support long-term strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to understand Dior’s position in the luxury market.
- Collaborate with corporate teams and boutiques to provide additional analytical support.
- Develop and evolve reporting to reflect ongoing goals and strategies.
- Assist with strategic planning initiatives for executive meetings.
- Provide administrative support on ad hoc analysis and projects, including markdowns, sales projections, and new store openings.
- At least 6 months of prior experience in a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in retail math is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.
- Capability to establish and maintain good working relationships across all organizational levels.
A minimum of 6 months of prior experience in a related field is required.
$20 per hour, with potential eligibility for medical benefits, commuter benefits, and 401k plans with employer contributions.
