Christian Dior Business Analyst Manager

- Oversee weekly and seasonal sales reporting and analysis, including global and boutique sales performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators for Sell Through and propose optimization strategies.
- Analyze collection performance by region and manage the performance of permanent collections.
- Prepare and synthesize detailed reports and strategic notes for budget presentations.
- Forecast sales and consolidate revenue figures, including regular restocking estimations.
- Track pricing adjustments in Euros and other currencies and manage permanent offer margins.
- Supervise four annual sales sessions, supporting OTB meetings and price mapping preparations.
- Manage the Business Analyst team and coordinate with Collection Merchandisers.
- Participate in IT projects and support the preparation of sales lists and press billing calculations.
- University degree or Business School education in Finance, Retail Management, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or Buying.
- Minimum of 8 years of prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong numerical acumen and analytical dexterity with a keen sensitivity to retail.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational, synthesis, and proactive initiative skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and autonomy.
- Dynamic, curious, open-minded with strong communication, listening, and observational skills.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury fashion industry.
University degree or Business School education in relevant fields.
