1. Oversee weekly and seasonal sales reporting and analysis, including global and boutique sales performance.
2. Monitor key performance indicators for Sell Through and propose optimization strategies.
3. Analyze collection performance by region and manage the performance of permanent collections.
4. Prepare and synthesize detailed reports and strategic notes for budget presentations.
5. Forecast sales and consolidate revenue figures, including regular restocking estimations.
6. Track pricing adjustments in Euros and other currencies and manage permanent offer margins.
7. Supervise four annual sales sessions, supporting OTB meetings and price mapping preparations.
8. Manage the Business Analyst team and coordinate with Collection Merchandisers.
9. Participate in IT projects and support the preparation of sales lists and press billing calculations.

1. University degree or Business School education in Finance, Retail Management, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or Buying.
2. Minimum of 8 years of prior experience in a similar role.

1. Strong numerical acumen and analytical dexterity with a keen sensitivity to retail.
2. Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
3. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
4. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Exceptional organizational, synthesis, and proactive initiative skills.
6. Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and autonomy.
8. Dynamic, curious, open-minded with strong communication, listening, and observational skills.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position within the luxury fashion industry.

University degree or Business School education in relevant fields.
