- Lead by example in customer service, mentoring team members and sharing sales techniques to achieve targets.
- Provide exemplary customer service, greeting and advising clients with the highest standards.
- Cultivate customer loyalty through personalized shopping experiences and relationship building.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and awareness of current marketing campaigns, launches, and promotions.
- Maximize sales potential through add-on sales and cross-selling between departments.
- Oversee department visual merchandising to optimize commercial opportunities.
- Effectively manage customer complaints, liaising with management as necessary.
- Adhere to stock control procedures and manage departmental stock effectively.
- Coordinate stock takes and develop action plans for depreciated and slow-moving stock.
- Assist in onboarding and guiding new staff members, supporting team motivation and development.
- Conduct training sessions and mentor team members, reviewing performance and proposing development plans.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and retail presentation.
- Ensure compliance with selling systems, cash handling, and exchange procedures.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute positively.
- Take necessary actions to maximize security and prevent product theft.
- 3-5 years of experience in luxury fashion retail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for Christian Dior and its collections.
- Strong knowledge of fashion and trends.
- Fluency in a second language is preferred.
