1. Supervise daily operations within the boutique, including briefings and team building activities.
2. Manage the integration of new employees and assist in assigning responsibilities.
3. Support the manager in product training, coaching, and delegation of tasks, providing feedback on team performance.
4. Enhance teamwork within the department and foster synergies with other departments.
5. Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques, clienteling, and product knowledge.
6. Serve as a role model and contribute to the overall team performance.
7. Monitor sales targets and motivate the team through meetings and updates.
8. Maintain high standards of customer service and handle customer complaints.
9. Optimize customer relationships through regular contact.
10. Ensure the upkeep of the boutique's selling space and image.
11. Monitor and control stock inventories and provide support to the floor and cashier.
12. Maintain the floor display area and merchandise.
13. Ensure the security of the boutique, including opening and closing procedures.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
2. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years at a supervisory level in luxury retail.

1. Good command of Thai and fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus.
2. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
3. Self-motivated, passionate, proactive, and service-oriented.
4. Ability to supervise and coach team members in various areas such as selling skills, store operations, client development, and stock management.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
