Christian Dior Boutique Operations Supervisor
Christian Dior Couture is a leading French haute couture and luxury ready-to-wear Maison within the LVMH group. - Support and oversee back‑of‑house (BOH) operations to ensure smooth, efficient functioning of the Melbourne City boutique.
- Monitor and manage stock inventory levels and conditions; collaborate with the Boutique Manager to ensure accurate, timely replenishments.
- Provide operational solutions and recommendations to the Boutique Manager to improve processes and controls.
- Coach, guide and motivate boutique staff to optimise operational efficiency and maintain service standards.
- Perform administrative duties including cashiering, transaction updates, financial reporting and management of boutique expenses.
- Oversee boutique presentation and tidiness to ensure an exceptional client experience aligned with DIOR standards.
- Manage maintenance issues and supervise performance of external vendors and service providers.
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in retail; ideally 4 years with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within luxury retail.
- Demonstrable experience in inventory control, cash handling and retail administration.
- Strong attention to detail with a control‑focused and logical mindset.
- Proven ability to coach and lead small teams in a high‑service environment.
- Ability to perform under pressure, self‑motivation, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Minimum 3 years' experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury sector; prior supervisory responsibility for at least one year and hands‑on BOH experience managing stock, cash procedures and vendor relationships.
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in retail, business, hospitality or a related discipline preferred.
