Christian Dior Boutique Operations Associate

1. Manage daily back‑of‑house (BOH) operations to ensure seamless boutique functioning and adherence to Dior operational standards.
2. Monitor and control inventory levels and condition; perform routine stock checks to minimise loss and ensure accurate replenishment.
3. Execute cashiering duties including cash counting, daily till reconciliation and sales transaction closing.
4. Coordinate procurement and replenishment of boutique supplies, equipment and staff uniforms to maintain operational continuity.
5. Maintain boutique presentation and tidiness to deliver an exceptional client experience consistent with Dior image guidelines.
6. Collaborate with sales and management teams to optimise product flow and support store initiatives aimed at operational excellence.

1. Minimum three years' relevant retail or boutique operations experience, preferably within luxury fashion.
2. Proven experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation and loss prevention procedures.
3. Comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting stock and boxes.
4. High attention to detail with a methodical, control‑focused mindset and ability to work accurately under pressure.
5. Strong teamwork and communication skills; reliable and professional presentation in line with Dior standards.

Minimum three years of boutique or retail operations experience, ideally within a luxury fashion environment, with hands‑on responsibility for inventory control, cashiering and BOH processes.

Secondary education (high school) required; diploma or certificate in retail management, commerce or a related field is desirable.
