Christian Dior Boutique Manager

- Drive commercial performance and client development to achieve sales growth.
- Implement and oversee the commercial strategy of Christian Dior, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Ensure excellence in customer experience and service within the boutique, including client reception, sales, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
- Manage and resolve client disputes in accordance with the brand's commercial policies.
- Lead the department's performance management, including tracking key performance indicators, proposing and deploying action plans, and conducting regular reporting.
- Motivate and co-animate team objectives through daily briefings.
- Oversee team development, including recruitment, integration, training, individual coaching, and development plans.
- Ensure effective stock management and store organization.
- Manage scheduling and adherence to internal control procedures.
- Communicate managerial messages from the Boutique Director to the team and relay team feedback to the Director.
- Conduct regular team reviews in collaboration with boutique management to maintain a positive social climate and high performance.
- Disseminate information from headquarters and foster trustful relationships with all boutique departments and European counterparts.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in team management within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of department operations, commercial management, and team leadership.
- Initiative and commercial acumen with a passion for fashion and products.
- Strong sense of service excellence and customer experience in a boutique setting.
- Creativity, excellent interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
