1. Drive sales to achieve boutique targets.
2. Set and communicate sales targets for department managers, aligning with boutique budgets.
3. Regularly update the Head Office on business performance.
4. Optimize stock levels and sell-through by analyzing trends and coordinating with buyers.
5. Ensure a warm and elegant customer welcome in-store.
6. Guarantee high-quality communication with customers across all channels, fostering trust and loyalty.
7. Cultivate a network of potential customers and maintain relationships with existing clientele.
8. Anticipate customer needs and curate product selections accordingly.
9. Manage and engage with VIP customers and high-value sales.
10. Resolve customer issues in accordance with store policies.
11. Implement Dior's sales and boutique management policies, including authorizing discounts.
12. Collaborate with HR on recruitment, appraisals, and training within the boutique.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field

1. Proficiency in English and Thai
2. Computer literacy
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Strong leadership and people management abilities

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within luxury fashion or retail is required.
