1. Drive sales to achieve boutique targets.
2. Set and define sales targets for department managers in alignment with boutique budgets.
3. Communicate business updates efficiently to the Head Office.
4. Optimize stock levels and sell-through by analyzing trends and liaising with buyers.
5. Ensure sales representatives warmly welcome customers in an elegant manner.
6. Guarantee quality communication with customers to foster brand loyalty.
7. Maintain a network of relationships with potential and existing customers.
8. Anticipate customer expectations and offer tailored product selections.
9. Manage and participate in high-value sales and VIP customer interactions.
10. Handle difficult situations and find customer satisfaction solutions.
11. Execute Dior’s sales and boutique management policies.
12. Collaborate with HR on recruitment, appraisals, and training.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
2. At least 5 years of managerial experience in luxury fashion brands.
3. Fluency in English and Thai.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong leadership and people management abilities.
3. Proficiency in computer literacy.

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within luxury fashion brands is required.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
