Boutique Manager

1. Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories
2. Develop sales associates to exceed client development and individual sales goals
3. Ensure outstanding client service at all times
4. Conduct regular management meetings to review performance and develop business strategy
5. Oversee staffing and scheduling of associates, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets
6. Partner with Human Resources for recruitment and hiring
7. Manage payroll, commercial expenses, and headcount to maintain boutique operating budget
8. Coordinate events with Corporate Office to increase boutique traffic and sales
9. Develop product knowledge in coordination with Merchants and Training Team
10. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and advertising campaigns
11. Coordinate in-store promotions including seasonal sales and trunk shows
12. Report on product sell-through and client feedback to Merchandising Team
13. Lead operational processes with Operations Manager to minimize stock loss
14. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
15. Review operational reports to ensure adherence to company policies
16. Ensure security and safety compliance of physical facilities
17. Conduct quarterly emergency procedures meetings with staff
18. Problem-solve and develop strategies to enhance service, efficiency, and productivity

1. At least 10 years of boutique management experience
2. Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and clientele

2. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
3. Ability to delegate tasks effectively
4. Time management in a fast-paced environment
5. Clear and concise communication
6. Ability to operate all necessary equipment

Minimum 10 years of boutique management experience.

Full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Travel as needed.

The position is based in Orlando, Florida, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment in a luxury retail setting.
