- Achieve annual boutique sales goals across all product categories.
- Lead and develop the leadership team to enhance client development and individual sales goals.
- Ensure exceptional client service at all times.
- Conduct regular management meetings to review performance and develop business strategies.
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and compliance with payroll budgets.
- Collaborate with Human Resources for recruitment and hiring of boutique staff.
- Manage payroll, commercial expenses, and headcount to maintain the boutique operating budget.
- Coordinate events with the corporate office to increase boutique traffic and sales.
- Develop product knowledge in collaboration with Merchants and Training Team.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand direction and advertising campaigns.
- Participate in in-store promotions, including seasonal sales and trunk shows.
- Provide feedback to the Merchandising Team based on product sell-through and client feedback.
- Oversee operational processes with the Operations Manager to minimize stock loss and enhance customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, including security and record-keeping.
- Review operational reports to ensure adherence to company policies and manage store profitability.
- Ensure security measures and facility safety codes are met.
- Minimum 10 years of boutique management experience.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and luxury clientele.
- Ability to develop, motivate, and train leadership teams and staff.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective delegation and follow-up abilities.
- Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear and concise communication and listening skills.
- Organizational and follow-through capabilities.
Minimum 10 years of boutique management experience in the luxury fashion industry.
Salary range of $125,000-135,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
