1. Oversee all aspects of boutique operations to ensure objectives are met.
2. Develop and implement strategic goals aligned with company vision.
3. Monitor sales performance and motivate staff to achieve exceptional results.
4. Ensure the highest level of client service and product knowledge.
5. Manage boutique's P&L performance, minimizing loss and managing risk.
6. Identify retail development opportunities and implement corrective measures.
7. Lead client development initiatives to enhance client experience and loyalty.
8. Coordinate in-store events and participate in external brand events.
9. Translate strategic business goals into individual staff objectives.
10. Provide coaching, feedback, and identify training needs for staff development.
11. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with Dior standards.
12. Coordinate with internal departments to achieve corporate objectives.

1. Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 8 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail industry.

5. Proficiency in English and the local language; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in a managerial capacity within the luxury retail sector.

Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related discipline.
