1. Oversee all aspects of boutique operations to ensure objectives are met.
2. Develop strategic and ambitious professional goals for staff in alignment with company vision.
3. Motivate staff to maximize sales and achieve exceptional results through superior selling techniques and client service.
4. Monitor boutique's P&L performance, minimize losses, and manage risks.
5. Identify potential retail development opportunities and implement corrective measures as needed.
6. Lead client development initiatives to enhance client flow and recruitment.
7. Serve as a brand ambassador to develop client networks and enhance brand desirability.
8. Manage and develop staff, translating strategic goals into individual objectives.
9. Oversee daily operations, ensuring stock levels and visual merchandising meet Dior standards.
10. Coordinate with internal departments to align retail activities with corporate objectives.

1. Diploma or university degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related discipline.
2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 8 years in a managerial role within the luxury retail industry.
