1. Lead and develop the boutique team in Frankfurt, ensuring alignment with Christian Dior Couture's standards of excellence.
2. Drive sales and ensure the overall success of the boutique by utilizing KPIs to meet targets.
3. Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to embody the values of Christian Dior.
5. Develop strategies to support efficiency and productivity, closely monitoring sales reports and merchandise needs.
6. Collaborate with Retail Director and Head Office on sales, events, and team management.
7. Ensure the boutique gains new client acquisition while elevating the loyal customer base.
8. Oversee compliance with established company policies, procedures, and inventories.
9. Ensure the boutique floor is always covered to provide a welcoming environment for clients.

1. 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position.
2. Qualitative and in-depth understanding of local current and potential customers.
3. Experience working with financial reports and budgets, as well as KPIs.
4. Fluent in German and English; proficiency in another language is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail or a comparable field, with a focus on management roles.
