Christian Dior Boutique Manager

- Ensure the boutique consistently gains new clients while elevating its loyal customer base.
- Develop and maintain a qualitative customer network and coordinate in-store events.
- Analyze and optimize customer management and CRM.
- Ensure compliance with established company policies, procedures, and inventories.
- Control back-office organization and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure the boutique floor is always covered to welcome clients.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position.
- Qualitative and in-depth understanding of local current and potential customers.
- Experience with financial reports, budgets, KPIs, and developing action plans.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Deep understanding and appreciation for the luxury fashion industry and retail environment.
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position is required.
