1. Lead and develop the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Christian Dior Couture's standards of excellence.
2. Implement a development plan for succession and retention of key talents.
3. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team.
4. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to embody the values of Christian Dior.
5. Promote the development of team members' sales and management skills.
6. Drive sales activity using KPIs to achieve boutique targets.
7. Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
8. Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs to ensure proper stock levels.
9. Oversee the execution of window displays and maintain high standards for in-store merchandising.
10. Collaborate closely with the Retail Director and Head Office departments on sales, events, and team management.
11. Provide regular reports and analysis to initiate business growth strategies.
12. Ensure the boutique consistently gains new clients while elevating its loyal customer base.
13. Develop and maintain a qualitative customer network and coordinate in-store events.
14. Analyze and optimize customer management and CRM.
15. Ensure compliance with established company policies, procedures, and inventories.
16. Control back-office organization and optimize stock levels.
17. Ensure the boutique floor is always covered to welcome clients.

1. 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position.
2. Qualitative and in-depth understanding of local current and potential customers.
3. Experience with financial reports, budgets, KPIs, and developing action plans.
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
5. Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
6. Deep understanding and appreciation for the luxury fashion industry and retail environment.
7. Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position is required.
