Christian Dior Boutique Manager

- Implement a development plan for succession and retention of key talents.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging team members to embody the values of Christian Dior.
- Promote the development of the team's sales and management skills.
- Conduct annual evaluations of the entire team based on a variety of criteria.
- Drive business activity using KPIs to reach boutique targets.
- Develop strategies to support efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor sales reports and merchandise needs to ensure proper stock levels and oversee in-store merchandising.
- Collaborate with Retail Director and Head Office on sales, events, and team management.
- Provide regular reports and analysis to increase business.
- Ensure the boutique gains new clients while elevating the loyal customer base.
- Develop and maintain a qualitative customer network, coordinate in-store events, and participate in local events.
- Analyze and optimize customer management and CRM.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and inventories.
- Control back-office organization and optimize stock levels.
- Ensure the boutique floor is always covered to welcome clients.
- 5+ years of experience in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position.
- Qualitative and in-depth understanding of local current and potential customers.
- Experience working with financial reports and budgets, as well as KPIs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, strong service consciousness, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- A deep understanding and appreciation for the luxury fashion industry.
- Fluent in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail or a comparable field in a management position is required.
The position offers a holiday entitlement of 6 weeks per year, a lunch benefit of €100 net per month, public transportation support of €100 net per month, an additional day off on birthdays, access to corporate benefits, special employee conditions after the probation period, a referral program bonus, and opportunities for further training and development within the LVMH Group.
