1. Welcome and greet clients with elegance, creating a positive first impression that embodies the Dior spirit.
2. Ascertain the purpose of the client's visit discreetly, directing inquiries and anticipating needs with grace and efficiency.
3. Introduce clients to appropriate Brand Ambassadors, facilitating a personalized and seamless experience.
4. Provide exceptional, anticipatory service, exceeding client expectations with a proactive and attentive approach.
5. Offer curated tours of the boutique, providing recommendations and insightful assistance.
6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Dior's collections, services, and heritage, including exclusive spa offerings.
7. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing boutique technology and client management systems.
8. Manage boutique traffic with discretion, maintaining an orderly and inviting atmosphere.
9. Support and participate in special events and clienteling initiatives.
10. Maintain the highest standards of boutique presentation and ambiance at all times.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a related client-facing environment.

7. Proficiency in modern technology and client relationship management (CRM) systems.

Minimum 3 years

Salary range of $18-$23 per hour, plus bonus eligibility.
