1. Manage all training initiatives and the comprehensive training scope for the flagship boutique.
2. Define and implement the Diorly monthly calendar in alignment with boutique team needs and business priorities.
3. Collaborate with the boutique director to structure staff development programs.
4. Observe the sales team and provide feedback and on-the-spot coaching according to Dior's service level, client experience, and standards.
5. Deliver in-boutique training and animate activities for all staff members.
6. Follow up on training programs based on performance results at both boutique and individual levels.
7. Collaborate with Regional Training specialists for training follow-ups, reporting results, and identifying further needs.
8. Conduct consistent check-ups and monitor knowledge implementation through tests and questionnaires.
9. Identify and propose innovative training solutions to the boutique director and ME head of training based on team and boutique realities.

1. Previous experience in a Luxury Retail Training role is essential.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

1. Fundamental knowledge and skills in Training and Development activities.
2. Ability to identify and satisfy the needs of internal and external clients, displaying passion, energy, and commitment to exceeding expectations.
3. Proficiency in using computer software and applications.
4. Effective communication skills, utilizing a variety of tools and mediums.
5. Professional proficiency in English and Arabic.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Luxury Retail Training role is required.
