- Drive the performance of Client Development Management (CDM) actions in the boutique by supporting teams with daily initiatives.
- Retain and develop existing clients through strategic initiatives and personalized interactions.
- Implement new client development strategies and activities to enhance client experiences.
- Plan and execute boutique events in collaboration with the Client Marketing Manager.
- Provide training and coaching to sales staff to enhance clienteling, service, and grooming standards.
- Ensure effective use of the BeDior system for managing client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver routine reports on client information and business analysis.
- Monitor client marketing tools and operations to optimize boutique KPIs.
- University or College Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the high-end niche market
- Luxury retail experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email
- Knowledge of SQL or CRM systems is advantageous
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to speak Mandarin and a second language is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills
- Innovative and creative with a passion for customer centricity
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the high-end niche market, with luxury retail experience preferred.
University or College Degree in a relevant field
