1. Support the Boutique team and Client Marketing Department in building and nurturing client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
2. Enhance client experiences by arranging personalized gifts and experiences in accordance with local guidelines.
3. Recruit new clients both within and outside the boutique environment.
4. Develop a multi-sourced clientele to ensure ongoing interest and participation.
5. Assist in planning and executing product launch events, including preparing and coordinating invitations.
6. Ensure accurate recording of client event attendance and new client recruitment in the system.
7. Manage clienteling systems and motivate sales staff to enhance their clienteling, service, and grooming standards.
8. Facilitate the implementation of in-boutique programs to stimulate Client Development Management awareness.
9. Conduct routine checks of client records and purchase behavior.
10. Process administrative reports and support ad hoc requests related to Client Marketing.

1. University or College Degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the high-end niche market, with luxury retail experience preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.
4. Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
5. Innovative and creative with a passion for customer centricity.
6. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
7. Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
8. Strong fashion sense.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the high-end niche market, with a preference for luxury retail experience.

University or College Degree in a relevant field.
