1. Support the Boutique team and Client Marketing Department in retaining and developing existing clients through personalized engagement and relationship building.
2. Recruit new clients within and outside the boutique, ensuring a multi-sourced clientele.
3. Assist in planning and executing product launch events, including managing invitations and ensuring client attendance.
4. Manage clienteling systems and motivate sales staff to enhance their clienteling skills.
5. Facilitate in-boutique programs to promote Client Development Management (CDM) awareness.
6. Monitor client records, purchase behavior, and handle specific client requests.
7. Prepare routine administrative reports and support ad hoc requests related to Client Marketing.

1. University or College Degree in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the high-end niche market, with luxury retail experience preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and email communication.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous.
4. Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
5. Innovative and creative with a passion for customer centricity.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the high-end niche market is required, with a preference for those with luxury retail experience.
