1. Welcome and serve customers in the restaurant area according to established procedures.
2. Advise on and sell cocktails and spirits, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction throughout the service.
3. Promote the restaurant's offerings and events at 30 Montaigne.
4. Set up, maintain, and manage the assigned section of the venue.
5. Manage stock levels and ensure proper supply of the bar.
6. Prepare and serve cocktails and various beverages upon customer request.
7. Take orders, relay them, and serve food and drinks following restaurant protocols.
8. Clear and reset tables efficiently.
9. Present bills and process payments as per restaurant procedures.
10. Promote various services and products available at 30 Montaigne.
11. Perform cleaning tasks according to restaurant standards.
12. Supervise assigned staff and participate in inventory management.
13. Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
14. Contribute to the creation and evolution of the bar menu.
15. Ensure internal communication and report any safety concerns or unusual situations to management.
16. Uphold hygiene and safety regulations, including alcohol and tobacco consumption laws.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality as a Barman.
2. Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
