1. Share passion for coffee and hospitality with clients
2. Welcome clients to the venue
3. Master the art of 'Latte Art' to ensure customer satisfaction
4. Advise and guide clients on hot beverage choices according to established standards
5. Take orders for hot beverages, ensure perfect preparation and service
6. Present the bill and handle payments according to restaurant procedures
7. Have thorough knowledge of coffee equipment, beverages, and food items on the menu
8. Participate in food service
9. Ensure optimal stock management and impeccable product replenishment
10. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee area, handle and maintain equipment, and report maintenance needs
11. Organize and conduct inventories according to rigorous procedures
12. Contribute to the creation and renewal of the hot beverage menu
13. Ensure internal communication within the service
14. Know, implement, and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards
15. Inform management of any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality as a Barista and/or Head Barista
2. Strong knowledge and passion for coffee culture
3. Fluent in English
4. Excellent customer service skills with an understanding of international clientele needs
5. Strong sense of service and attention to detail
6. Organized, creative, and excellent team spirit
7. Strong interpersonal skills
