1. Share a passion for coffee and dining with clients.
2. Welcome clients to the establishment.
3. Master the art of 'Latte Art' to ensure customer satisfaction across various sales spaces.
4. Advise and guide clientele on the selection of hot beverages according to established standards.
5. Take orders for hot beverages, ensure their perfect preparation and service.
6. Present the bill and process payments according to restaurant procedures.
7. Possess comprehensive knowledge of coffee equipment, beverages, and food preparation as listed on the menu.
8. Participate in food service.
9. Ensure optimal stock management and impeccable product replenishment.
10. Maintain cleanliness of the coffee area, correctly handle and maintain all equipment, and report any maintenance needs.
11. Participate in the optimal organization of the cellar to facilitate setup and service.
12. Organize and conduct inventories according to rigorous procedures.
13. Contribute to the creation and renewal of the hot beverage menu.
14. Facilitate internal service communication and ensure information flow.
15. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
16. Inform management of any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks for clients or colleagues.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury dining establishments as a Barista and/or Chief Barista.

1. Extensive knowledge and genuine passion for coffee culture.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Strong customer service orientation and understanding of international clientele needs.
4. Organized, creative, with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
5. Dynamic, creative, with initiative, autonomy, and a strong sense of presentation and punctuality.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury dining establishments as a Barista and/or Chief Barista.
