4. Ensure compliance with company regulations regarding product flow and operations.
5. Communicate stock receipt to sales team and verify invoices against delivery spreadsheets.
6. Conduct daily stock checks and participate in monthly stock takes.
7. Process stock deliveries, client repairs, and logistics efficiently.
8. Manage boutique administration tasks including cashiering, transaction updates, and expense reimbursements.
9. Coordinate maintenance issues and vendor performance feedback with Boutique Manager.
10. Ensure boutique maintenance standards, including IT support, are met.
11. Manage part-timer schedules and provide coaching to maximize staff efficiency.

1. Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail.

1. Detail-oriented and well-organized.
2. Self-motivated and proactive.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
4. Proficiency in Excel.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
