1. Oversee daily inbound and outbound transportation for fine jewelry, timepieces, and exceptional flow inventory across the Americas.
2. Proactively monitor and track shipments, resolving delays and escalations to ensure smooth delivery.
3. Manage domestic transportation operations, optimizing routes and efficiency for both sellable and non-sellable inventory.
4. Coordinate logistics for events involving carnets and TIBs, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
5. Review and validate transportation invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
6. Assist in budget forecasting and cost tracking, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
7. Implement cost-optimization strategies, balancing spend, security, and service quality.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors, serving as the primary logistics point of contact.
9. Monitor vendor performance and KPIs, addressing service issues and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
10. Identify and implement logistics process enhancements to improve efficiency, visibility, and reporting.

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably handling fine jewelry and timepieces.
3. Experience managing non-sellable inventory logistics is a plus.

1. Strong understanding of domestic and international logistics, including incoterms and customs brokerage.
2. Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
3. Analytical and solution-driven with strong communication skills.
4. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency.

Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within the luxury goods sector.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

$80,000 - $95,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.
