1. Manage the assortment in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
2. Analyze boutique performance to ensure optimal stock allocation for strategic categories.
3. Optimize stock levels in boutiques and buffer zones to minimize leftover inventory and stock-outs.
4. Initiate stock rebalancing across different points of sale to enhance sell-through rates.
5. Follow up on client-specific orders.
6. Plan demand and supply for points of sale.
7. Develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast accuracy.
8. Forecast and reorder permanent styles in collaboration with buyers.
9. Coordinate with sales budget and global stock equation.
10. Validate plans with top management and the Central team in Paris, ensuring alignment with the Open to Buy budget.
11. Coordinate collection launches and events.
12. Liaise with Paris for new collection launches, including dates, events, and distribution strategies.
13. Plan stock building for events and new boutique openings.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related discipline.
3. Experience in retail and luxury fashion is preferred.

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
4. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of VBA and/or TXT is advantageous.
5. Fluency in English and Korean.

Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related fields.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
