1. Manage the product assortment in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
2. Analyze boutique performance to ensure optimal stock allocation at strategic points of sale.
3. Optimize stock levels in boutiques and buffer zones to minimize leftover inventory and prevent stock-outs.
4. Initiate stock rebalancing across various points of sale to enhance sell-through rates.
5. Follow up on client-specific orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
6. Plan demand and supply for points of sale to meet market needs.
7. Develop statistical forecast models and evaluate their accuracy.
8. Forecast and reorder permanent styles in collaboration with buyers.
9. Coordinate with sales budget and global stock equations to align with financial goals.
10. Validate plans with top management and the Central team in Paris, ensuring alignment with the Open to Buy budget.
11. Coordinate collection launches and events, liaising with Paris for new collection launch strategies.
12. Plan stock building for events and new boutique openings.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related disciplines.
3. Experience in retail and luxury fashion is preferred.

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
4. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of VBA and/or TXT is advantageous.
5. Fluency in English and Korean.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
