Christian Dior Assistant Supply Chain Sales Planning Manager

Christian Dior Couture is a renowned luxury fashion brand known for its high-quality products and innovative designs. The company operates globally, offering a wide range of fashion and leather goods.

1. Manage the assortment with the Merchandising team
2. Analyze boutique performance to ensure correct stock allocation at points of sale for strategic categories
3. Optimize stock levels in boutiques and buffers to minimize leftover inventory and stock-outs
4. Initiate stock rebalance across different points of sale to optimize sell-through
5. Follow up on client-specific orders
6. Plan demand and supply for points of sale
7. Develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast accuracy
8. Forecast and reorder permanent styles with buyers
9. Liaise with sales budget and global stock equation
10. Validate with top management and Central team in Paris against Open to Buy budget
11. Coordinate collection launches and events
12. Liaise with Paris for new collection launches, including date, event, and distribution strategy
13. Plan stock building for events and new boutique openings

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or related discipline
3. Retail and luxury fashion experience is preferred

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
4. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of VBA and/or TXT is advantageous
5. Fluent in English and Korean

Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Occasional travel required.
