1. Manage the assortment in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
2. Analyze boutique performance to ensure optimal stock allocation at strategic points of sale.
3. Optimize stock levels in boutiques and buffer to minimize leftover inventory and stock-outs.
4. Initiate stock rebalancing across different points of sale to enhance sell-through rates.
5. Follow up on client-specific orders.
6. Plan demand and supply for points of sale.
7. Develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast accuracy.
8. Forecast and reorder permanent styles in conjunction with buyers.
9. Coordinate sales budget and global stock equations.
10. Validate plans with top management and the Central team in Paris, ensuring alignment with the Open to Buy budget.
11. Coordinate collection launches and events.
12. Liaise with Paris for new collection launches, including date, event, and distribution strategy.
13. Plan stock building for events and new boutique openings.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related discipline.
3. Experience in retail and luxury fashion is preferred.

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
4. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of VBA and/or TXT is advantageous.
5. Fluency in English and Korean.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
