Christian Dior Assistant Supply Chain Sales Planning Manager

- Manage the assortment in collaboration with the Merchandising team.
- Analyze boutique performance to ensure optimal stock allocation at strategic points of sale.
- Optimize stock levels in boutiques and buffer to minimize leftover inventory and stock-outs.
- Initiate stock rebalancing across different points of sale to enhance sell-through rates.
- Follow up on client-specific orders.
- Plan demand and supply for points of sale.
- Develop statistical forecast models and evaluate forecast accuracy.
- Forecast and reorder permanent styles in conjunction with buyers.
- Coordinate sales budget and global stock equations.
- Validate plans with top management and the Central team in Paris, ensuring alignment with the Open to Buy budget.
- Coordinate collection launches and events.
- Liaise with Paris for new collection launches, including date, event, and distribution strategy.
- Plan stock building for events and new boutique openings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Merchandising, or a related discipline.
- Experience in retail and luxury fashion is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of VBA and/or TXT is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Korean.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
