1. Define and regularly adjust target stock levels for each boutique and market, including E-Commerce, to meet expected service levels.
2. Ensure inventory deployment aligns with demand and inventory levels in coordination with sales planning.
3. Monitor product availability and identify risks of shortages or excess stock, reporting these to relevant departments.
4. Identify opportunities for product rebalancing within the distribution network.
5. Organize and deploy inventory rebalancing between boutiques and markets to optimize sales.
6. Monitor the efficiency of transfers and rebalancing, organizing stock reversals to optimize back-of-house operations, and plan stock building for events and new store openings.
7. Plan and organize end-of-life product strategies in cooperation with the Merchandising team.
8. Publish relevant performance indicators.
9. Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 7 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain or a related discipline.
3. Experience in retail and luxury fashion is preferred.

1. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
4. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in English and Korean.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or a related field is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
