1. Analyze and monitor monthly performance against sales plans across all categories.
2. Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of monthly variations across collections.
3. Update and optimize existing digital tools and those under deployment.
4. Continuously improve the development of key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, reports, and tools to manage business performance.
5. Develop and update targets by zone and category in collaboration with the supervisor for current and future years.
6. Refine monthly forecasts for permanent products based on performance and category ambitions.
7. Plan, analyze, and consolidate quarterly forecasts by zone for current and future years.
8. Lead and facilitate variance analysis.
9. Support the supervisor in variance analysis during buying sessions.

1. Advanced degree (Bac +5) from an engineering school, business school, or university.

1. Proficiency in information systems and data manipulation (Excel, Power BI).
2. Knowledge of ERP systems such as M3 or SAP is advantageous.
