1. Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
2. Engage in all facets of the spa’s operations, from client arrival to departure.
3. Cultivate strong, confidential relationships with clients.
4. Ensure team members are well-informed about client needs and spa experiences.
5. Seek client feedback proactively to enhance service offerings.
6. Manage client complaints with care, following established procedures.
7. Prepare and manage budgets, focusing on efficient expense management and profitability.
8. Maintain inventory levels and oversee storage and procurement.
9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as client satisfaction and revenue.
10. Prepare revenue and expense reports.
11. Oversee spa team management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
12. Develop or update spa operating procedures, ensuring consistent adherence to standards.
13. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and internal management processes.
14. Coordinate spa activations and events with relevant teams.
15. Contribute to strategic development with the Boutique Management team.
16. Ensure seamless coordination between spa and boutique activities.
17. Maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors and contractors.
18. Inform Boutique Management of any safety or risk issues concerning clients or team members.

1. Hospitality or Beauty Therapy certification
