1. Maintain cleanliness and set up the sales area according to restaurant procedures.
2. Assist in serving food and beverages.
3. Prepare hot drinks, juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries and toasts.
4. Clear and clean during service.

6. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
7. Ensure optimal supply of the sales area.
8. Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
9. Develop a commercial attitude towards clients, including welcoming, seating, cloakroom, service, and departure.
10. Participate in stocking room bars and setting up client welcomes.
11. Promote various available services and products.
