1. Clean and set up the sales point according to restaurant procedures
2. Participate in serving food and beverages
3. Prepare hot drinks, fruit juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries and toasts
4. Clear and clean during service
5. Maintain and clean service equipment
6. Liaise with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding
7. Ensure optimal supply conditions for the sales point
8. Know, implement, and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards

10. Assist in stocking room bars and setting up customer welcomes
