1. Contribute to the development, implementation, and monitoring of retail projects and operational initiatives for the Fine Jewellery & Timepieces category.
2. Support regional teams with retail tools such as newsletters, assets, and guidelines, ensuring their effective adoption and performance.
3. Coordinate logistics, communications, and deadlines with external vendors and partners.
4. Conduct competitive analysis focusing on retail initiatives, communication strategies, and events of key luxury competitors.
5. Lead monthly trend-sharing sessions, presenting relevant industry articles, videos, and media.
6. Analyze CRM data for key product launches and oversee the global events calendar for Fine Jewellery & Timepieces.
7. Support regional incentives by understanding and sharing best practices, sourcing gifts, and monitoring results.
8. Monitor the implementation and performance of the gifting strategy.

1. Student pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree in Management or Business.
2. First experience in a retail environment, either in a boutique or headquarters, is appreciated.

4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Understanding of retail operations and customer experience is a plus.

7. Fluency in French and English.
