Christian Dior Assistant Retail Merchandising RTW Homme Intern

- Support the RTW Homme Leather Goods Department in developing successful commercial activities in alignment with Dior's strategic and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor the RTW strategy, including strategic planning and budgeting.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses (sell-out, sell-through, best sellers) by category, region, and boutique.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Sales Reports by product category.
- Propose action plans by category in collaboration with Zones and the Supply Chain.
- Define product life cycles (permanent, carry over, seasonal, markdown).
- Identify best-selling products and market opportunities by category.
- Centralize market feedback on recent collections and needs for future collections.
- Coordinate Zone needs (delivery, reorders, rebalancing).
- Visit Paris boutique network to optimize visual merchandising (specific pushes, best sellers, slow movers, etc.).
- Interface with departments such as Retail Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Visual Merchandising, and E-Commerce.
- Participate in showroom periods by creating and drafting analyses (sell-in, best sellers, KPIs) and end-of-showroom reports (quantitative and qualitative collection results).
- Prepare purchase presentations (core assortment matrix, photos, macro, etc.).
- Prepare buying tools: cluster, core, product status, delivery waves, stories.
- Contribute to defining buying strategy (core assortment, buying rules).
- Coordinate Zone purchases (OTB, assortment by core/cluster/wave).
- Enrollment in a Business School or specialized Master's program in Fashion.
- Previous internship experience in luxury fashion is appreciated.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Outlook Package (PowerPoint, etc.), with additional skills in Qlik, Cognos, and BI being advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork spirit, rigor, flexibility, and dynamism.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a preference for candidates who have completed a similar internship in luxury fashion.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Fashion-related field.
