1. Assist the Merchandiser responsible for global men's accessories from the headquarters.
2. Prepare weekly sell-out analyses for the team.
3. Analyze performance by region, store, and season.
4. Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-through rates and stock coverage.
5. Identify growth opportunities and best sellers by region.
6. Develop recommendations and action plans for weekly merchandising meetings.
7. Prepare analyses for store visits.
8. Aid in the creation of seasonal core assortments.
9. Participate in showroom buying sessions and assist in pre-strategy development and post-meeting debriefs with purchase adjustment recommendations.

1. Pursuing or completed a Master's degree (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
2. Previous experience in finance, consulting, management control, or as a business analyst is highly valued.
3. Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
