1. Assist the Merchandiser responsible for global men's accessories from the headquarters.
2. Prepare weekly sell-out analyses for the team.
3. Analyze performance by region, store, and season.
4. Monitor key performance indicators such as Sell-Thru and stock coverage.
5. Identify growth opportunities by region and best sellers.
6. Develop recommendations and action plans for weekly merchandising meetings.
7. Prepare analyses for store visits.
8. Support the development of the seasonal Core Assortment.
9. Participate in showroom buying sessions and assist in pre-buying strategy development.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Business School, Engineering School, or University.
2. Prior experience in Finance, Consulting, Management Control, or as a Business Analyst is highly valued.
3. Fluency in English and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
