Assistant Retail Merchandiser

1. Compile weekly and monthly reports and conduct additional micro-analyses based on trends.
2. Analyze performance and communicate findings to the buyer.
3. Analyze sell-through rates of seasonal collections and monitor availability rates of permanent collections.
4. Prepare for and actively participate in weekly meetings with flagship stores.
5. Review stock levels weekly for seasonal and permanent collections.
6. Organize stock rebalancing based on network needs.
7. Create newsletters for the entire network.
8. Prepare pre-purchase analyses.
9. Propose macro forecasts with the retail merchandiser.
10. Construct assortments by boutique based on feedback from country managers and store directors.
11. Define boutique allocations based on sales potential and buffer.
12. Prepare post-purchase presentations.

1. Experience in merchandising or supply chain, preferably in fashion or luxury, or in a product-focused role with a strong numerical emphasis.

4. Open-minded, rigorous, good interpersonal skills, precise, reactive, and creative with a love for numbers

Entry-level experience is acceptable.

Business school, engineering school, or university.

The internship offers a formative and responsible experience, allowing the intern to discover the codes, environment, and culture of a French haute couture house. It provides an excellent opportunity to gain significant experience in the luxury sector, apply skills, and deepen knowledge acquired in previous experiences.
