Christian Dior Assistant Retail Merchandiser Intern

- Assist in the coordination and performance management of Baby Dior boutiques worldwide.
- Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis, including sell-out reports.
- Analyze results by collection, product segment, and region.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-thru and stock coverage.
- Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region.
- Propose inter-regional product transfers.
- Prepare sales analysis recommendations for Visual Merchandising and boutique teams.
- Track e-commerce sales and assess digital communication impacts on performance.
- Support in preparing the Buying Strategy and seasonal performance reviews.
- Assist in preparing purchase debrief meetings by region.
- Prepare purchase recaps for production and sales tracking.
- Aid in the preparation of permanent and seasonal restocks.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify best practices.
- Final-year student in Business School, Engineering School, or University (Bac +4/5).
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in an international context.
- Proactive, autonomous, and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion sectors.
No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.
Final-year student in Business School, Engineering School, or University (Bac +4/5).
