1. Assist in the coordination and performance management of Baby Dior boutiques worldwide.
2. Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis, including sell-out reports.
3. Analyze results by collection, product segment, and region.
4. Monitor key performance indicators such as sell-thru and stock coverage.
5. Identify growth opportunities and best-sellers by region.
6. Propose inter-regional product transfers.
7. Prepare sales analysis recommendations for Visual Merchandising and boutique teams.
8. Track e-commerce sales and assess digital communication impacts on performance.
9. Support in preparing the Buying Strategy and seasonal performance reviews.
10. Assist in preparing purchase debrief meetings by region.
11. Prepare purchase recaps for production and sales tracking.
12. Aid in the preparation of permanent and seasonal restocks.
13. Conduct competitive analysis and identify best practices.

1. Final-year student in Business School, Engineering School, or University (Bac +4/5).
2. Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
3. Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in an international context.
5. Proactive, autonomous, and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment.
6. Fluent in English.

1. Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
2. Sensitivity to the luxury and fashion sectors.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Final-year student in Business School, Engineering School, or University (Bac +4/5).
