Christian Dior Assistant Product Manager

1. Assist Product Managers in overseeing the development of collections from conception to production, collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
2. Update and construct permanent and seasonal collection plans.
3. Create communication materials for events and internal teams, including presentations and product sheets.
4. Maintain and update product databases and ERP systems.
5. Manage prototype requests and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
6. Archive products by collection in collaboration with the Heritage department.
7. Conduct regular marketing and commercial strategy benchmarking.
8. Analyze product performance and provide strategic recommendations.
9. Participate in organizing internal and external events related to product launches and collection presentations.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
2. Strong product sensitivity and knowledge of the creative and competitive lifestyle sector.
3. Previous experience in product development or in the home decor/tableware industry is a plus.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
5. Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal skills.
