1. Assist in the development of multiple collections simultaneously.
2. Update tracking documents such as collection plans and VIP order tables.
3. Participate in fittings with designers, the design office, and the workshop.
4. Aid in the creation and updating of models using the PLM tool.
5. Generate model/material allocation sheets for launches.
6. Support the dispatch of components and fabrics to manufacturers.
7. Manage the development of covered buttons with the Parisian workshop.
8. Create fabric boards for the collection.
9. Assist in the reception of prototypes, including unpacking, checking, and changing hangers.
10. Support the tracking of VIP orders.
11. Print product labels.
12. Organize DHL shipments and courier bookings.
13. Scan collection looks for the looklist.
14. Follow up on the creation of toiles and mock-ups by the workshop.
15. Send prototypes to manufacturers.

1. Passion for the fashion industry.
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
3. Student at Master's level in textile engineering, fashion, or business school.

1. Strong product sensitivity and high-quality standards in ready-to-wear.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
3. Dynamic, rigorous, and autonomous.
4. Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
5. Good interpersonal skills and adaptability.
6. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Master's level student in textile engineering, fashion, or business school.
