1. Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including safekeeping of funds and property.
2. Train and manage associates in operational tasks such as POS procedures, returns, and security protocols.
3. Monitor inventory accuracy through receiving, transfers, and returns-to-vendor processes.
4. Ensure security measures and compliance with safety codes.
5. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
6. Coordinate communication between the store and central distribution or corporate inventory control.
7. Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
8. Organize and maintain back-of-house operations.
9. Oversee store security and compliance with opening/closing procedures.
10. Assist with payroll management and associate scheduling.
11. Address issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
12. Provide exemplary customer service.
13. Exercise judgment in day-to-day store operations.
14. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

1. 5+ years of retail store management experience with a strong operations background.
2. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle merchandise.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.

1. Proficiency in managing store operations, including payroll and customer service.
2. Ability to produce and maintain workforce records and documentation.
3. Competence in operating POS systems, inventory control systems, and other office equipment.
4. Skill in developing and training workforce and building relationships.
5. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Outstanding customer service skills.
7. Clear and concise communication skills.

A minimum of 5 years in retail store management with a focus on operations is required.

Annual salary range of $70,000-$85,000, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
