Christian Dior Assistant Operations Manager

- Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including safekeeping of funds and property.
- Train and manage associates in operational tasks such as POS procedures, returns, and security protocols.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through receiving, transfers, and returns-to-vendor processes.
- Ensure security measures and compliance with safety codes.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
- Coordinate communication between the store and central distribution or corporate inventory control.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
- Organize and maintain back-of-house operations.
- Oversee store security and compliance with opening/closing procedures.
- Assist with payroll management and associate scheduling.
- Address issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide exemplary customer service.
- Exercise judgment in day-to-day store operations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- 5+ years of retail store management experience with a strong operations background.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle merchandise.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in managing store operations, including payroll and customer service.
- Ability to produce and maintain workforce records and documentation.
- Competence in operating POS systems, inventory control systems, and other office equipment.
- Skill in developing and training workforce and building relationships.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
A minimum of 5 years in retail store management with a focus on operations is required.
Annual salary range of $70,000-$85,000, plus bonus eligibility, dependent on skills and experience.
