1. Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring the safekeeping of company funds and property.
2. Train, coach, and manage associates in operational tasks such as POS procedures, return procedures, and safety protocols.
3. Monitor inventory accuracy through receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor processes.
4. Ensure security measures are in place and facilities comply with safety codes.
5. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
6. Coordinate communication between the store and central distribution or corporate inventory control.
7. Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
8. Ensure proper organization of back-of-house operations.
9. Manage store opening, closing, and security procedures.
10. Assist in payroll management and scheduling, ensuring compliance with payroll budgets.
11. Address and resolve issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
12. Provide exceptional customer service.
13. Exercise judgment and discretion in day-to-day store operations.

1. 5+ years of retail store management experience with a strong operations background.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule including varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards.

1. Proficiency in managing store operations including payroll, customer service, and facilities management.
2. Ability to produce and maintain records and documentation.
3. Competence in operating POS systems, inventory control systems, and other office equipment.
4. Capability to develop and train workforce, build relationships, and utilize skills effectively.
5. Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
6. Outstanding customer service skills.
7. Fair and consistent application of workforce standards.
8. Clear and concise communication skills.

Minimum of 5 years in retail store management with a focus on operations.
