1. Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including security, inventory management, and record-keeping.
2. Train and manage associates in operational tasks such as POS procedures, returns, and safety protocols.
3. Monitor inventory accuracy through receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor processes.
4. Ensure security and safety compliance of physical facilities.
5. Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
6. Coordinate communication between the store and central distribution or corporate inventory control.
7. Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
8. Organize and manage back-of-house operations.
9. Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with opening/closing procedures.
10. Assist with payroll management and scheduling, ensuring budget compliance.
11. Address and resolve issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
12. Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the same in others.
13. Exercise judgment and discretion in daily store operations.
14. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

1. Minimum of 5 years in retail store management with a strong operations background.
2. Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
5. Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
6. Availability to travel as needed.

1. Proficiency in managing store operations, including payroll, customer service, and facilities management.
2. Ability to produce and maintain workforce records and documentation.
3. Competence in operating necessary equipment, including POS and inventory control systems.
4. Skill in developing and training workforce and building relationships.
5. Ability to manage time and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
6. Outstanding customer service skills.
7. Capability to maintain consistent standards for the workforce.
8. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
