Christian Dior Assistant Operations Manager

- Oversee compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including security, inventory management, and record-keeping.
- Train and manage associates in operational tasks such as POS procedures, returns, and safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory accuracy through receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor processes.
- Ensure security and safety compliance of physical facilities.
- Conduct regular inventory cycle counts.
- Coordinate communication between the store and central distribution or corporate inventory control.
- Produce and maintain operational reports and records.
- Organize and manage back-of-house operations.
- Lock and secure the store, ensuring compliance with opening/closing procedures.
- Assist with payroll management and scheduling, ensuring budget compliance.
- Address and resolve issues affecting store service, efficiency, and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service and inspire the same in others.
- Exercise judgment and discretion in daily store operations.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of 5 years in retail store management with a strong operations background.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures.
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and standards.
- Availability to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in managing store operations, including payroll, customer service, and facilities management.
- Ability to produce and maintain workforce records and documentation.
- Competence in operating necessary equipment, including POS and inventory control systems.
- Skill in developing and training workforce and building relationships.
- Ability to manage time and adjust priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Capability to maintain consistent standards for the workforce.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A minimum of 5 years in retail store management with a focus on operations is required.
